Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of donnycutz.co.uk and our online booking. By booking with us you agree to them.

Bookings

• Booking a slot reserves that time with us. Please arrive a few minutes early.
• Times are a guide; occasionally a cut before yours runs over. We'll always look after you.
• You can reschedule or cancel from the link in your confirmation email, or on our Manage booking page.

Cancellations & no-shows

Please give us as much notice as you can if you can't make it, so we can offer the slot to someone else. Any deposit and refund terms are shown at the time you book. Repeated no-shows may affect future online booking.

Payments

You can pay in the shop, and some services may take a deposit or payment online at booking, handled securely by Stripe. Prices shown are a guide; the final price is confirmed in the chair based on the service provided.

Our service

We take pride in every cut. If you're not happy, tell us before you leave and we'll do our best to put it right. We may decline service where behaviour is abusive or unsafe.

Website

We keep this site accurate but can't guarantee it's always error-free or available. Online booking is provided by subba (Polarize Ltd); its availability is subject to that service. Content and branding on this site belong to Donny Cutz Limited.
