Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2026

This policy explains how Donny Cutz Limited ("Donny Cutz", "we") handles your information when you use donnycutz.co.uk. We keep it simple, because we collect very little.

Who we are

Donny Cutz Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 16446230), 11 Copley Rd, Doncaster, DN1 2PE. For any privacy question, contact us in the shop or through our Facebook page.

What this website collects

The website itself does not set any tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not run analytics on it. Browsing these pages does not create a profile of you.

When you book an appointment

Online booking is provided by subba, a product of Polarize Ltd, embedded on our "Book" and "Manage booking" pages. When you make or manage a booking you enter your name, email and (optionally) phone number so we can confirm and manage your appointment and send reminders.

  • That information is processed by subba/Polarize Ltd on our behalf to run the booking, and by us to provide your haircut.
  • The booking widget runs in a secure frame from book.subba.pro and may set cookies that are strictly necessary for the booking to work, and, only with your consent inside that widget, optional analytics or anti-spam (Cloudflare Turnstile) cookies.
  • If you pay a deposit or for a service online, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • See subba's privacy policy and Stripe's privacy policy for how they handle data.

Fonts

We load our typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch the font files and your IP address is visible to Google for that request. Google Fonts does not set cookies. See Google's privacy policy.

Links to other services

Our site links to Google (reviews and Maps) and Facebook. Once you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply.

How long we keep booking data

We keep booking records for as long as needed to run the shop and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Just ask us in the shop or via Facebook. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows when it last changed.
